Team Leader - Stock Market

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of stock market traders or analysts.
• Develop and implement trading and investment strategies.
• Monitor stock market trends, news, and economic indicators.
• Ensure effective risk management and capital protection.
• Review team performance and provide regular feedback and training.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
• Coordinate with research, risk, and operations teams.
