Team Member

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in daily outlet operations as per brand SOPs.

* Prepare and serve shakes, desserts, and beverages as per recipes and standards.

* Handle customer orders, billing, and service with a positive attitude.

* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across the outlet.

* Support the Outlet Operations Head in inventory checks and stock updates.

* Follow hygiene and safety guidelines at all times.

* Ensure timely service and smooth coordination during peak hours.

* Uphold brand presentation and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in café/QSR or F&B service (freshers with good attitude may also apply).

* Should be quick learner and able to follow SOPs accurately.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* Basic knowledge of customer handling and billing operations.

* Punctual, disciplined, and responsible towards assigned duties.

* Willingness to work flexible shifts as per operational needs.
