Job Description (Posting).

Experience in Network Architecture and Solution Designing on SDWAN, SDACCESS and AWS Cloud

Provide architectural inputs for the establishment, and implementation of end-to-end network data, and security infrastructure solutions utilizing new technologies , including Cisco SDWAN,SDACCESS , AWS Cloud, Palo Alto , ZScaler

Provide High Level , Low level Network design, BoQ/Hardware for new requirements

Partner with Architects, PMO, Business IT, Infrastructure Leads, and third party service providers to define solutions

Assessing new technologies and best practices for adoption including DATA, Security and Cloud

Engaging with internal and external customers for briefings, issue escalation, and solution development

Effectively communicate the feasibility of requested deliverables and timelines to internal business and project stakeholders

Provides clear and concise recommendations to remediate performance/scaling bottlenecks

Participates in lab testing with other teams to ensure that performance expectations are met before/after rolling out new applications and services

Mentor other members of the Network Services team on architectural and engineering best practices by reviewing engineering designs and providing guidance as required

Build relationships which foster collaboration and partnerships to drive better strategies, processes, and final product to the customer (1.) To ensure customer engagement / satisfaction and referenceability (2.) To plan for Program and Delivery Management and ensure that the agreed deliverables in terms of margin are met. (3.) To anchor process improvement/compliance (human error reporting) and other organizational initiatives (automation , Lean IT implemetation) (4.) To guide, manage, develop, engage the team therby ensuring employee retention (5.) To ensure upskill/ creation of resources through internal academies/ trainings and growth rotation
