Technical Consultant

Role and Accountabilities:

  1. This will suit an experienced ServiceNow professional with a successful recent track record.
  2. The ideal candidate will want to prove themselves quickly to get a reputation for success in this large and passionate organization.
  3. Candidates will be experienced in leading ServiceNow for 3 to 5 years engagements end to end, In addition, the successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties: 1to 2 years Experience with HRSD Implementation Basically run workshops, gather requirements etc. Experience with CMDB & Integration.
  4. Expertise and delivery for ServiceNow based consulting initiatives.
  5. Define business problems/opportunities with constraints, goals, budgets and timelines
  6. Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  7. Ability to convey complex technical concepts in understandable business terms
  8. Consults with business analyst/project manager to develop appropriate technical solutions Document and gain acceptance/ approvals of selected final solutions
  9. Execute technical solutions in capacity as a ServiceNow lead, subject matter expert Coach and advise other Developers

Key Skills: Hands-on experience in the following ServiceNow HRSD applications/features: Case Management Knowledge management Portal scripting and custom widgets Employee Document Management Enterprise Onboarding & Transitions 3rd party Integrations like Workday, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, Kronos Group etc. Chat Virtual Agent. 

Qualifications Experience Requirements:

  1. Should have 5 years of experience with HRSD Implementation experience Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience
  2. Experience developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in the role of a lead consultant.
  3. Enterprise/large Service Management implementation experience
  4. Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languages
  5. Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices Certifications ServiceNow certifications

- Service Now System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist is must ITIL v3 certification Excellent analytical and problem

-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities. 

Nice to have: HRSD certification.
