Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and services.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance and technical staff.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage facility budgets and optimize operating costs.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical facility management.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems, and automation.
- Proven ability to manage technical projects and lead a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
