Job Description

​​​​​​Position: Technical Lead - Active Directory
Experience: 6 to 10 years
Education: B.E./ B.Tech./ MCA
Location: Noida/ Chennai

Primary Skills: AD, Azure AD

1. Act as the highest escalation point for Active Directory and Azure AD issues.
2. Design and implement AD architecture, including forests, domains, trusts, and replication strategies.
3. Manage and optimize Group Policy Objects (GPOs), OU structures, and access controls.
4. Troubleshoot complex authentication and replication issues.
5. Implement and maintain Azure AD Connect, hybrid identity, and federation services (ADFS).
6. Lead AD migrations, upgrades, and disaster recovery planning.
7. Ensure compliance with security standards and implement conditional access, MFA, and password policies.
8. Automate processes using PowerShell scripting.
9. Maintain documentation and provide technical support for AD-related issues.

Experience Expected: 06-10 years

BE/B.Tech/MCA
