Job Description

Technical Salesforce Developer with experience in complex software development, implementation, and support. Works closely with business and partner IT teams to understand business data, requirements, and integrations to ensure stable operations, fix defects, and build new capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Must have 6–8 years of Salesforce (SFDC) development and implementation experience.
• Experience in building Salesforce applications from development through deployment and support.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
• Ability to identify, gather, and analyse requirements from users and stakeholders.
• Analyse detailed business, functional, and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Support application testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous enhancements.
• Correct programming errors, respond to scope changes, and implement application improvements.
• Experience working with APIs and Salesforce security settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
