Technical Sales Engineer-Industrail Automation

🧑‍💼 Job Role: Sales Engineer – Industrial AutomationThe Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting and selling automation products and solutions to industrial customers. The role requires both technical knowledge and sales skills to understand customer requirements, suggest solutions, and close deals.

• Key Job Role Responsibilities:Generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and expand the customer base.
• Meet industrial clients to understand their automation needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Promote and sell automation products such as:
• 👉 PLC, SCADA, VFD, DCS, Motors, Industrial Instruments
• 👉 Solar Automation Systems & EV Charging Solutions
• Prepare and deliver techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
• Present product demos and conduct technical discussions with customers.
• Negotiate pricing, close orders, and achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with OEMs, EPCs, system integrators, and end customers.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and service teams for pre-sales and after-sales support.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in automation.
