Role: Technical Support Associate

Working Days: 5 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)

Shift: Rotational / Night Shift

Transportation: Two-Way Cab Facility Provided

Job Responsibilities

• Provide customer and technical support to international clients via voice process
• Troubleshoot technical and system-related issues effectively
• Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions professionally
• Resolve customer concerns within defined turnaround time
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality

Required Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Proxy, and Group Policy
• Understanding of LAN setup, basic routing, and switching
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Smartphones, and Telecommunication concepts
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (B2 Level or Above)
• Comfortable working in International Voice Process / Night Shifts
• Freshers are welcome to apply
