Technical Support Engineer


R Systems International is hiring Technical Support Engineers with strong SaaS platform knowledge and excellent troubleshooting skills. You’ll be the first point of contact for our B2B clients, helping to resolve technical issues and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities :-

  • Handle support via calls, emails, web tickets, and chats
  • Troubleshoot issues related to web/mobile software platforms
  • Provide technical guidance on APIs, GUI, cloud, and server setups
  • Support hardware components and connected devices (e.g., routers, modems, printers)
  • Assist with network and device connections (Bluetooth, Ethernet, Wi-Fi)
  • Escalate unresolved issues to internal development teams
  • Deliver prompt, accurate feedback to clients


What We’re Looking For :-

  • Experience in tech support for a software product (web or mobile)
  • Basic understanding of software architecture – front-end, back-end, APIs
  • Knowledge of device connectivity and networking basics
  • Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset


  • Location : Greater Noida West
  • Shift : Night Shifts Only
  • Work Mode : Work from Office
  • Working Days : 5 Days a Week
  • Interview Mode : Virtual
  • Both Side Cab Provided
  • Salary : Up to ₹6.5 LPA
