Summary: As a Technology Strategy & Roadmap Architect, you will be responsible for defining technology transformation strategies and capabilities, including north star and target blueprints. Your role will involve designing roadmaps to achieve the target state, covering all relevant aspects such as infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future technology landscape of the organization and driving its success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of technology strategies and roadmaps. - Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions. - Ensure alignment of technology strategies with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. - Strong understanding of technology transformation strategies and capabilities. - Experience in designing technology roadmaps. - Knowledge of infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process. - Experience in evaluating emerging technologies and trends. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years plus full education is required.
