Tele Caller (Loan Collection/Collection Process)

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Track, manage, and investigate delinquent customer accounts.
• Contact & Communication: Locate debtors and contact them via phone, email, or mail to discuss payment status.
• Negotiation: Negotiate payment plans, deadlines, and settlement options with debtors.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all communications, payments, and account updates in databases.
• Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and customer complaints.
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to all federal, state, and local debt collection laws and company policies,.
• Reporting: Prepare reports, track payments, and alert superiors about difficult accounts.
