Job Title: Tele caller
Location: Noida, Sector 41
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Description:
We are looking for a Tele caller to manage inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and support the sales team with follow-ups and site visit scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Handle inbound customer queries professionally
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers
- Generate and qualify leads
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales executives
- Maintain call and lead records
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Confidence and persuasive skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM)
