Telecaller

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in Bengali. The role involves interacting with customers over the phone, explaining products/services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound calls to potential or existing customers.
• Explain products or services and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain a record of customer interactions and update databases.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close leads.
