Job Title: Tele caller – Real Estate

Location: Noida, Sector 41

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (Real Estate – Mandatory)

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with strong communication skills and proven cold calling experience in real estate. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospects, and scheduling site visits.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound cold calls to prospective real estate clients
• Explain project details clearly and professionally
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Maintain and update client data in CRM/sheets
• Follow up with interested customers to close appointments
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience in real estate (mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Ability to handle objections and work with targets
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
