Job Description: Sales Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Electrical Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our electrical products and solutions to customers. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical components, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients in the electrical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
• Identify and approach potential customers, understanding their requirements, and proposing suitable products and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the application and usage of electrical products.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales within the electrical industry, with a strong understanding of electrical products and components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Additional certifications in sales or electrical products.
• Experience with electrical distribution channels and dealer networks.
