Job Summary: To drive loan product sales (personal loans, home loans, business loans, etc.) by acquiring new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and acquire new loan customers through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and lead generation.

Explain and promote loan products to prospective customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.

Collect and verify customer documentation and ensure accurate data entry.

Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure timely processing of applications.

Follow up with customers to ensure loan disbursement and post-sales service.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure high conversion rates.

Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in loan sales or financial product sales (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered).

Good understanding of loan products and the financial services industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems is a plus.
