Job Description

  • Lead and manage the presales team (executives/telecallers) ensuring effective distribution of leads and follow-ups.
  • Develop and implement presales strategies to maximize lead conversion and enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor daily call activities, enquiry handling, and lead nurturing across multiple channels.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer queries, calls, and emails to generate qualified site visits.
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to provide presales support for campaigns, events, and project launches.
  • Maintain accurate MIS reports on leads, call status, and conversion ratios.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to improve processes and team performance.
  • Ensure adherence to CRM processes and support smooth transition of leads to sales closures.
  • Coordinate with management for manpower planning, team productivity, and performance reviews.
