Telecaller

JOB DESCRIPTION-

A Telecaller, is responsible for leading and managing outbound sales and customer service activities via telephone. 

Key Responsibilities:

• * Initiating contact with potential customers (leads) to promote products or services and convert them into sales. 
• * Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues effectively. 
• * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies. 
• * Efficiently handling both inbound and outbound calls, managing call volume, and maintaining accurate call records. 
•   Providing guidance and training to junior telecallers on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
