The candidate will be responsible for responding to customer queries and reaching out to prospective clients via phone.Key Responsibilities:Handle pre-sales customer inquiries and provide relevant information.Make outbound calls to prospective customers.Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication.Maintain records of customer interactions and updates.Requirements:0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with clients.Must have their own laptop and stable internet connection.
