Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement:
• Serve as primary point of contact, proactively engaging with customers via phone, email, or social media.
• Issue Resolution:
• Handle complaints, escalations, and inquiries promptly and professionally, finding satisfactory solutions.
• Relationship Building:
• Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships, understanding client needs and preferences.
• Sales & Growth:
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and providing product/service updates to increase sales.
• Feedback & Reporting:
• Gather customer feedback, analyze data, and report on customer satisfaction to improve strategies and products.
• Internal Collaboration:
• Work with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
