Telecaller

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to handle our IndiaMART account.

The role involves calling potential leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting inquiries into sales.

The candidate should be comfortable with outbound calling and maintaining proper follow-ups with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from IndiaMART leads
• Understand customer requirements and explain products/services clearly
• Follow up with interested clients to close deals
• Maintain daily call records and lead status updates
• Coordinate with the sales team for order confirmation

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of IndiaMART lead handling preferred
• Freshers can apply; experience is an added advantage
• Confident, polite, and goal-oriented
