The Telecaller role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls to promote products or services, generate qualified leads, and support overall customer satisfaction. The position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to maintain accurate and organized customer information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services and generate sales leads.
• Handle inbound calls by responding to customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and addressing complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction, build rapport, and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, and update customer databases or CRM systems as required.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance goals.
