Health Insurance Sales Representative 

 Job Description

The Health Insurance Sales Representative is responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending suitable health insurance plans, and guiding clients through the enrollment process. This role includes generating leads, handling inbound/outbound sales calls, explaining plan benefits and costs, and providing excellent customer service. The representative maintains accurate records, ensures compliance with insurance regulations, and works to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Educate clients on health insurance options and coverage.

Conduct sales calls and follow up on leads.

Assist customers with applications and enrollment.

Maintain client relationships and support renewals.

Meet sales targets and document all activities.

Qualifications:

Sales or customer service experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
