Telecaller

A telecaller job involves making/receiving phone calls to engage customers, promote products/services, generate leads, and provide support, requiring strong communication, persuasion, and patience to meet sales targets while managing customer inquiries, updating CRM, and resolving issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Outbound Calling: Contact potential and existing customers to pitch products/services, gather information, and generate sales leads.
• Inbound Handling: Answer customer calls, address questions, resolve complaints, and provide information. 
• Lead Management: Follow up on leads, qualify prospects, and transfer high-quality opportunities to relevant departments. 
• Customer Data: Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system and update databases. 
• Goal Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call volume, conversion, and sales targets.
• Adaptability: Modify sales pitches and approaches based on customer feedback and needs.
