About Us: Camara Interiors is a leading interior design firm known for its innovative and unique design solutions. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team and help us connect with potential clients, promote our services, and contribute to our business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our interior design services.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective clients and provide information about our services.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, client interactions, and sales leads in our CRM system.
• Follow up with clients via phone calls or emails to provide additional information and answer any questions.
• Schedule appointments for consultations and meetings between clients and our design team.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective calling scripts and strategies.
• Meet or exceed monthly call and sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
• Follow up with clients via phone calls, for payments.
