💼 Job Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Calling Agents to join our fundraising team. The role involves connecting with potential donors, explaining our cause, and encouraging contributions to support meaningful initiatives.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential donors

Explain the organization’s mission and fundraising campaigns

Build rapport and maintain positive communication

Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups

✅ Eligibility:

Freshers can apply

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

Basic understanding of calling processes preferred

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

💰 Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 (depending on candidate quality)
