We are hiring energetic and confident Telecallers to join our team. Whether you are a fresher or an experienced professional, if you have good communication skills and a positive attitude, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Clearly explain products/services and their benefits.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and customer interaction records.
• Meet daily and monthly targets as assigned.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi/English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
