Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives

🧾 Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling site visits for our projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
• Generate and qualify leads for real estate projects
• Explain project details clearly and professionally
• Schedule site visits and follow-ups with interested clients
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM regularly
• Build good relationships with clients and handle queries
• RequirementsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
• Experience in telecalling or sales (Real Estate preferred)
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
