Telecaller

Nexgen Financial Services is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining financial products such as loans and overdraft facilities, and generating leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain loan and financial products clearly
• Generate and qualify leads
• Maintain daily call records and follow-ups
• Build positive customer relationships

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Confident and persuasive personality
• Freshers can apply
