Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Gas Detectors and Fire Safety Products.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and safety importance to clients.
  • Generate new sales leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
  • Identify potential customers such as factories, warehouses, offices, hotels, and commercial establishments.
  • Schedule product demonstrations or meetings for the field sales team.
  • Follow up regularly with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details in CRM or Excel.
  • Achieve daily call targets and monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Handle customer queries and provide basic product information.
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical team for quotations and product details.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Update management on lead status, feedback, and market requirements.
