Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Gas Detectors and Fire Safety Products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and safety importance to clients.
- Generate new sales leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
- Identify potential customers such as factories, warehouses, offices, hotels, and commercial establishments.
- Schedule product demonstrations or meetings for the field sales team.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily call targets and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Handle customer queries and provide basic product information.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team for quotations and product details.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Update management on lead status, feedback, and market requirements.
