Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, promoting our products or services, and generating leads. This role requires need Hindi, English goods communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • - Sales and lead generation: Identify new business opportunities through methods like cold calling, email campaigns, and networking, and follow up on leads.
  • Client meetings and presentations: Travel to various locations to conduct sales presentations, demonstrate products, and build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Negotiation and closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Territory management: Manage a specific sales territory, maintaining a strong pipeline of potential customers and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Reporting and analysis: Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and perform analysis to track progress and inform strategy.
  • Market research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify selling possibilities.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls made, including customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up action.


Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

- Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role is preferred, fresher also can apply.

- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.

- Persuasive and confident in promoting products or services.

- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.

- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer need.
