Job Summary:We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller Executive who can handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and convert prospects into site visits for our real estate projects.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
• Handle inbound inquiries and explain project details
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Schedule site visits and follow-ups with interested clients
• Maintain proper records of calls and update CRM regularly
• Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets
• Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
• Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling/sales (Real estate preferred)
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & CRM tools
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
