Job Title: Telesales Agent (Female Only)

Location : Noida sector 62

Employment Type: Full-Time, Work From Office

Salary Range: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Gender Preference: Female Only

Experience Requirement: Minimum 6 months of telesales required (Ayurvedic product sales experience is a plus)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Rotational Week Offs

Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and persuasive Telesales Agents to join our team at Femacare. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to promote and sell our products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products.
• Explain product benefits and usage to customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer feedback in CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge with experience of working on CRM.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
