Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining real estate projects, and generating site visit opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
• Explain company projects and offers clearly.
• Generate and schedule site visit appointments.
• Maintain call records and update CRM/data sheets.
• Follow up with interested customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team when required.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM).
• Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling or sales (preferred).
• Positive attitude and convincing skills.

Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
