Telecaller

Rupaiyasetu is hiring Telecallers. We need candidates who can handle customers well like understanding their requirements, solving their problems, giving proper guidance, and checking proper documentation.

📝 Roles & Responsibilities:

. Make outbound and/or inbound calls to customers

. Explain loan products (Personal Loan / Balance Transfer / Debit Consolidation and Overdraft Limit.)

. Understand customer requirements and record their details

. Follow up with interested customers

. Maintain daily call reports

. Follow instructions from the Team Leader

🎯 Required Skills:

. Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)

. Confident and polite calling manner

. Basic computer knowledge

. Target-oriented attitude

🎓 Qualification:

. 12th Pass / Graduate

. Freshers & Experience Both can apply

. Experience in Telecalling or sales is an advantage

⏰ Working Hours:

. 10:15 AM – 6:30 PM

. (Weekly Sunday off)
