Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to Voltas products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Pitch products effectively and achieve sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

• Provide correct information about product features, pricing, and offers.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and follow sales quality guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Comfortable with voice process and sales profile.

• Basic computer knowledge is required.

• Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits
