Telecaller

Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate

Company Name: Ministry of Property

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹24,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads for plots, flats, and investment properties
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote real estate projects
• Explain project details such as location, pricing, payment plans, and amenities
• Follow up with interested clients and maintain proper call records
• Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Maintain data in CRM or Excel and update lead status regularly
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate telecalling or sales preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
• Ability to convince and build customer interest
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling software)
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 10+2 qualification
• Prior experience in real estate, insurance, or sales telecalling is an advantage
• Ability to handle pressure and customer objections
• Strong follow-up skills
