Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiating calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and handling incoming calls to address inquiries.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Converting prospects into customers by explaining product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Customer Support: Resolving customer complaints, providing solutions, and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Data Management: Accurately documenting call details, customer information, and interaction outcomes in the CRM system.
• Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas and call volume metrics.
• Relationship Management: Following up with existing customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
