Job Title: Night Shift Executive – Mailing & Calling

Location: C-30 1ST Floor Sector-10 Noida, Uttar pradesh 201301

Shift Timings: 04:00 PM TO 12:00 AM (US SHIFT)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Night Shift Executive to manage our outbound and inbound communication activities. The candidate will be responsible for sending emails, making calls, and ensuring smooth communication with clients, leads, and internal teams during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calling to clients, leads, and prospects.
• Send and manage professional emails, follow-ups, and notifications.
• Assist in resolving client queries or forwarding them to the relevant department.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure all targets and deadlines are met.
• Generate reports on night shift communication activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school or graduate degree (preferable in commerce, management, or related field).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English/Hindi – as per requirement].
• Comfortable working in night shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or email handling preferred.
