Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and result-driven Telesales Executive to handle outbound calling for Car Loan Balance Transfer (Internal BT/Refinance). The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining product benefits, assessing customer eligibility, and coordinating with banking partners to ensure successful case closure.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers for car loan balance transfer / internal BT opportunities.
• Explain loan features, rates, and benefits to customers in a clear and convincing manner.
• Identify customer needs and evaluate eligibility for balance transfer or top-up loan.
• Generate leads through calling data, follow-ups, and referrals.
• Maintain daily calling productivity and conversion ratios.
• Coordinate with sales managers, banking representatives, and credit teams.
• Update CRM/portal with call status, lead progress, and customer information.
• Ensure complete documentation and customer consent is taken before login.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for login, approval, and disbursement.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 6 months to 2 years of telesales/telecalling experience (preferably in car loan, auto loan, refinance, or banking products).
• Strong communication skills (Hindi/English).
• Ability to understand loan processes and explain financial products.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, calling tools).
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
