A Data Operator is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company databases and systems. The role ensures data quality, supports daily operations, and assists in generating reports.

• Key Responsibilities Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
• Verify accuracy of data before and after entry.
• Maintain and organize records in both digital and physical formats.
• Perform regular data quality checks and identify errors or inconsistencies.
• Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required.
• Assist other departments with data-related tasks.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Follow company procedures and data management standards.
• Skills & QualificationsBasic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, data entry software).
• Strong typing speed and accuracy.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication skills.
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (depending on employer).
• Experience0–2 years of experience in data entry or similar roles (freshers may also apply).
• Additional Requirements (optional)Knowledge of database management tools.
