Telecaller

A Telecaller in a CA firm is responsible for handling client communication, scheduling appointments, following up on service requirements, and supporting the firm’s administrative and client-relationship activities. The role requires good communication skills, professionalism, and basic understanding of accounting-related services.

• 📝 Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to clients regarding:

• Document collection
• GST, Income Tax, TDS filing reminders
• Payment or invoice follow-ups
• Appointment scheduling
• Attend inbound queries from clients and route them to the appropriate team (audit, accounting, tax, etc.).
• Maintain and update client databases and call logs.
• Follow up with clients regarding pending work or submissions.
• Communicate deadlines for compliance (GST returns, ITR, ROC filings, etc.).
• Assist in basic administrative tasks such as mailing, preparing reminders, and coordinating with staff.
• Support the client relationship team by ensuring smooth and timely communication.
• Provide a friendly and professional experience to clients over the phone.

• 🎯 Required SkillsExcellent : verbal communication in English and/or local language

• Strong customer-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting & compliance terms (GST, ITR, TDS—training can be provided)
• Good organizational and follow-up abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

• 📚 QualificationsMinimum: 12th Pass or Graduate

• Experience as a telecaller or receptionist (preferred)
• Experience in a CA firm or financial services firm (added advantage)

• ⏱️ Work Schedule : Full-time (typically office hours)
• Weekend availability based on firm policy
