Telecaller

We are looking for a polite and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle admission inquiries for our school. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective parents, providing information about the school, and assisting them through the admission process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to parents who have inquired about school admissions.
• Receive inbound calls and respond to admission-related queries.
• Provide accurate information about the school, courses, facilities, and admission procedures.
• Maintain and update the database of prospective students and parents.
• Schedule school visits, counseling sessions, or entrance tests when required.
• Follow up with parents to encourage admission completion.
• Maintain proper call records and report daily activities to the admissions team.
• Coordinate with the admissions department for smooth processing of applications.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and basic English.
• Polite phone etiquette and convincing ability.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or data entry).
• Ability to handle parents' queries patiently.
