  • Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments (if required)
  • Maintain customer details and call records in CRM
  • Follow up with interested customers
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
  • Handle customer objections politely and professionally
  • Required Skills:Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (regional language preferred)
  • Confident and polite phone etiquette
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to convince and negotiate
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Qualifications:Minimum 10th / 12th pass
  • Graduation preferred but not mandatory
  • Salary & Benefits:₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
