- Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Generate leads and schedule appointments (if required)
- Maintain customer details and call records in CRM
- Follow up with interested customers
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
- Handle customer objections politely and professionally
- Required Skills:Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (regional language preferred)
- Confident and polite phone etiquette
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to convince and negotiate
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Qualifications:Minimum 10th / 12th pass
- Graduation preferred but not mandatory
- Salary & Benefits:₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
