Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Tele Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through various channels (networking, cold calling, site visits, and digital platforms).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers to ensure long-term business growth.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitive activities, and new business opportunities.
• Organize site visits, explain project features, and address client queries.
• Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into sales.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to management.
• Stay updated with real estate trends, pricing, competitors, and regulatory changes.
