Job Title: Telecaller / Loan Sales Executive

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience) + Incentives

Job Overview:

Binda Prasad Tripathi (OPC) Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining loan products, and assisting them in the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding loan services.
• Explain loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper records of calls.
• Coordinate with the internal team for document collection and processing.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets assigned by the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English basic knowledge preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or loan industry is preferred but freshers can also apply.
