About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and confident Telecaller with strong communication skills to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers/clients, explaining our products or services, and maintaining good relationships with them.

💼 Responsibilities:

·        Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers and introduce company services/products.

·        Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a polite and professional manner.

·        Maintain records of calls and update customer information in the system.

·        Follow up with leads and convert them into opportunities.

·        Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

·        Provide accurate information to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎯 What we’re looking for:

·        Education: Any Graduate Like ( MBA, BBA, B.COM, BA )

·        Strong verbal communication skills.

·        Good listening and persuasive skills.

·        Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).

·        Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during calls.

·        Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
