Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Telecaller for Loan Sales to contact potential customers, explain loan products, and generate leads or closures. The role involves outbound calling, customer follow-ups, and achieving sales targets for personal loans, business loans, home loans, or other financial products.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain loan products (personal loan, business loan, etc.) and benefits.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM or Excel sheets.
• Follow up with interested customers until closure.
• Coordinate with the documentation and verification team.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• RequirementsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, or loan sales preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi & basic English).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
• Target-oriented and confident personality.
