Job Description
A Telecaller in loan sales is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to promote and sell loan products (personal loans, home loans, business loans, etc.), generate leads, and assist customers through the application process.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data
- Explain different loan products (personal loans)
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable loan options
- Generate and qualify leads
- Follow up with interested customers regularly
- Assist customers in completing loan applications
- Coordinate with sales/field teams for closures
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
